 『かんたん設定』の設定値は、そのままでは使用する環境に適応していないので、常に状況に応じた修正が必要である。

この点は、使用する側の個々の問題であると考えるべきである。

 お勧めする訳ではないが、私は殆ど100%の密度で埋める設定は不要なので、100%の定義を色々と編集してこの『かんたん設定』で造形データを生成している。
 割り切って使うのにはこの方法は便利である。
 三種類もあるのだから、お気に入りの設定を割り振ると良いだろう。例えば密度0%で造形する機会が多いのなら、どれかに定義をすれば良い。
 但し、定義のバックアップはしておく事。(最悪でもソフトの再インストールで復元できるが。)


『かんたん設定』の動作

 『かんたん設定』では、各項目を選択して造形データ生成を選ぶと、通常のインストールだとC:\SCOOVO\work\easyフォルダーに作業ファイルを作成して、Slic3rで処理が行われる。
 この時、スライサーであるSlic3rの処理定義として、tmp.iniが作成されて処理がされるようになっている。また、同じフォルダにオブジェクトのファイルやG-codeのファイルが作成される。
 この作業は毎回同じフォルダー内で行われるので、処理開始前にフォルダーの内容の消去などが行われるのだが、オーナー権などで異なるユーザーが操作した場合に消去作業が出来なくてエラーがでる可能性がある。また、何らかの問題で処理が中断した場合などは、再実行時に他のプログラムが使用していると認識した場合に、同じくエラーがでる可能性がある。その時は再起動すれば、参照している不要なプロセスがなくなるのでうまくいくはずである。

 エクストルーダーのフィラメント供給能力が低く不安定である事と、X-Y軸の位置出し精度が低い為、造形品質を維持するには、この設定よりも、速度は50〜70%にした方が良い。また、造形時の各レイヤのフィラメントの溶融温度は10℃位上げた方がよい。更に、フィラメントの吐出し係数を100%以上にする方が良い。
 結論として、動作速度をかなり落とす必要がある。
(確認は、『かんたん設定』でデータを作成し、装置の操作は『アドバンス設定』を使用して変更している。)
 基本の設定値を変更するか、『アドバンス設定』を使用して造形時に変更を加えるかの方法が必要である。

 SCOOVO studioのSCOOVO設定で「処理能力」の「品質低下しない」にチェックを入れたが、造形には効果が無かった。残念。

 参照定義ファイルに対して、スピード関係を0.7倍に変更、フィラメントの最初の温度を220℃、その他を215℃に変更した。
 以下が造形結果。

 造形面の造形品質はけして良くない。装置の機械的精度が低い為によるものと推測する。
(何か5層間隔で目減りしている。ランダム定義が影響か?)

 この内容からするとやはり0.1mmピッチの最初の作成条件などは、0.3mmピッチや0.2mmピッチとでは異なる設定になっているので、うまくいかなくなる原因が見受けられる。

 『かんたん設定』で参照される元定義は、通常インストールする場合だと、C:\SCOOVO\data\scoovoフォルダーにそれぞれの定義のiniファイルが存在する。
 今回(2013/11/04)の導入では、ファイルのタイムスタンプが2013/09/29になっているので、当初のものよりも修正が施されている可能性がある。

 正規のサポートからの情報入手より、最近のSCOOVO Stuidoがインストールされる場合、タイムスタンプが2013/12/17になっている様である。違いは以下のstart_gcodeの記述の修正の様である。

 SCOOVO X9用での『かんたん設定』で参照される元定義は、通常インストールする場合だと、C:\SCOOVO\DATA\SCOOVO\X9\ABSフォルダーまたはC:\SCOOVO\DATA\SCOOVO\X9\PLAフォルダーにそれぞれの定義のiniファイルが存在する様である。

造形装置の修理調整後の造形確認

 導入時に提供されている『かんたん設定』のパラメータは、CubeXの造形速度と比較すると外形の造形速度は倍近いものである。
 CubeXと同等の品質を求めるには速度指定を同じか、より下げる必要があると思われる。
