I completely severed my acl tendon on July 4, had surgery to reconstruct about 7 weeks ago. My doctor was (is) fantastic, one of the best in the country (lucky me). My first surgery ever, anesthetic is truly bizzarre, out like a light. Doc said if I'm good at my physical therapy, I'll be able to ski by Jan. I didn't tell him that I don't ski.
